Overcoming challenges in corporate governance Governance structures which support health outcomes as the main priority Managing potential/actual conflicts of interest in board members LHNs and PHCOs – managing differences in governance structures and expectations Achieving and maintaining sufficient expertise at board/ governing council level Overcoming technical and legal challenges
